The kindly baristas at this apple-green, two-story cafe at the north terminus of Broadway don't just froth lattes anymore, they make crepes. People who once passed by seeking substantial Sunday brunch fare now wander in with their kids and/or micro-dogs to savor crepes filled with fresh mozzarella, plum tomatoes, and basil (or, for the sweet-toothed, Nutella). Joe Bar also serves soups, panini sandwiches, and antipasti plates at lunch and dinner.
