Description

A sexy room, a well-stocked bar and one of the best-looking menus in the city --that should be just the recipe for being one of the city's best restaurants, right? Not completely. Charlie Hsuang's Jing is a good restaurant, serving a spread of well-conceived nouvelle Asian cuisine to well-heeled locals who were hungry for better food in the environs of Greenwood Village. But it isn't yet a great restaurant, owing primarily to some inconsistency in the kitchen floor staff.
