Description

It always pays to have a hooked-up father. James Perse had a built-in customer base for the baseball caps he started out designing--his father, Tommy Perse, owns Maxfield, the high-end boutique in L.A. His more famous ladies' t-shirts with the fantastic fit actually came secondaand later, an expansion into cotton-knit sportswear for men and children, and a home line. All apparently embody the casual, California lifestyle of the creator himself.
