Description

Jake's is nothing short of a cozy, relaxed, locals-friendly bar that seconds as a venue with a ministage and a stripper pole. Along Hallandale Beach Boulevard, Jake's is divided into two rooms: the main space (well-lit and airy with pool tables and seating areas), and the bar (darker, comfortable, and featuring two TVs that show sports and various CBS dramas). Happy hour is pretty standard, running from 4 to 8 p.m. seven days a week, with $3 well drinks and $2.50 for domestic drafts. An electronic dartboard sits on a narrow wall next to the bathrooms, and the jukebox pumps out pop hits by Phil Collins, the Eagles, and Shaggy.
