The Jai Ho in Aurora -- which Sathya and Sujatha Narayan, newcomers to the restaurant business but not to the cuisine of India, opened in 2010 -- serves some of the metro area's best Indian food. And now you can get that same food, as well as even more dishes -- more spinach, chickpeas and lamb -- at a sibling spot in Boulder, Jai Ho Bolder (yes, that's how it's spelled). In addition to the vast menu, there's a full bar and a $10 Indian lunch buffet that could be the best deal in Boulder.

    jai ho is the only true indian restaurant at boulder, Unlike the nepali resturant at taj ,2630 Baseline Road Boulder, CO 80305 , which they claim to be a indian resturant which its not And it tastes nothing like indian. I being a indian would recommend to go only to jai ho. And if you are in longmont then only for lunch you may go to "flavour of india" at 516 Main Street Longmont, CO 80501. At jai ho the cook is chennai indian, but in flavour of india its run by punjabi but ccoked by US guy, but still its ok.
