When it moved down the block, this treasured Indian eatery went downhill-on a recent visit several of the dishes lacked the previous gusto, including a saag paneer hopelessly underspiced and a boring goat curry. Your best bet at this sagging joint-which has been upscaled East Village-style with weird shapes hanging from the ceiling-is now the cheap lunch buffet, which lets you pick and choose among the good and the bad, all you can eat.
