The facilities for mani/pedis needs to be completed redone. The floors, seating area and walls are worn and look like they need a facelift. The hotel features a luxary spa, but you get far from that. Services are way over priced and quality is at a minimum. Ownership is looking to make money despite costumer satisifaction. Bypass this one and head to your local stripmall nail salon.....you will be just as happy and will have the extra $$$ to go out for a nice dinner!
