Five years after she took over Swift's Steak House #4, tucked into a row of storefronts on increasingly hot Broadway, Ismini Giakouminakis finally decided to make the spot her own. She added a liquor license, a bar and TVs to lure in evening crowds, and also added dinner hours and a dinner menu to her breakfast and lunch offerings. Ismini's, as her place is now called, offers of wide array of mostly cafe fare: eggs and pancakes in the morning; gourmet burgers, sandwiches and pastas at noon and night. There's also a good selection of vegetarian options, including seitan, tofu, falafel and homemade hummus.
