Think ginger, soy, cabbage, mushrooms, chicken, carrots, and bean sprouts inside a light and flaky tortilla. Or if you crave pig, try the Parisian, stuffed with French Brie, ham, sun-dried tomatoes, asparagus, and basil. Veggie variations of the 'dillas are damn good, especially when swathed with IQ's secret recipe salsa. Including 17 variations of quesadillas and tacos (the is dee-vine), the fare here is a fab alternative to cheeseburgers. The guacamole is unremarkable, but the Baja shrimp ceviche is worth a try. Located smack in the middle of CocoWalk, IQ offers an alfresco good time with a bird's-eye view of the entire plaza.
