Description

Ipanema, run by former Buenos Aires Grill owner Marco Casas-Beaux, operates as a Brazilian-style rodizio, which means 12 different kinds of meat are slow-cooked over a mesquite fire, skewered, and then carved tableside by men who wander the floor waiting for your signal that you're ready for more. The all-you-can-eat meats are augmented by two prodigious salad bars.
