Here on Las Olas Boulevard inside the historic Riverside Hotel, Chef Toby Joseph is in the kitchen creating yummy dishes like pan-seared Chilean sea bass over three-mushroom truffle risotto with a side of asparagus. Joseph, a James Beard Award recipient, uses only high-quality, fresh ingredients despite the nature of the economy. Weekends draw a busy breakfast crowd, and there are drink and appetizer specials during happy hour. And the restaurant is dog-friendly, so you can bring Fido on the patio and servers will even bring him a dish of water.
