This tapas spot takes the Mediterranean route that's become a mainstay in a city that's developed a hunger for the Spanish version of scalloped potatoes (the tortilla Espanol) and can't seem to get enough paella. Chef-owners Jaime Mullins and Brian Brooks remake the menu frequently to showcase seasonal flavor. Dinner might include harissa smoked lamb or boar osso bucco.
