Hunan Chinese is located on the outskirts of the Texas Medical Center. Billed as a "Takee Outee" restaurant, Hunan Chinese is mainly known for its fast takeout service, as well as delivery to the Texas Medical Center for a low delivery minimum. Despite the fact that the menu might be extremely standard and limited compared to other Asian restaurants, they make up for it in low prices and large portions, even on the back page combo specials (which are not limited to weekday lunches).
