"Swanky" might as well be Hudson Lounge's middle name. Every part of this Rice Village-area bar looks slick: The patio out front, the lounge in back and another whole room of tables and plush chairs that's easily missed if you're not paying attention. That front patio gives way to a marble-topped main bar with small tables and couches opposite the wells, but Hudson's centerpiece is a spacious central courtyard complete with fiery fixtures, comfortable modern patio furniture and a translucent floor. Crossing the courtyard leads to an equally stylish and slightly secluded back bar and lounge, which could easily function as a VIP area or private-party space.
