Description

Houston Press' Description

Taco's La Bala #2 is authentic Tampico-style street food. Once a taco truck, La Bala is now serving up some big traditional dishes in a small place. The torta de la barda is the main attraction, but the tacos de trompo hold their own. Everything here rocks. Whether you want a big meal or just a quick bite, if the real deal is what you're looking for, you will find it here.

    Bombass green hot sauce!

  • Omar R. on 08/10/11

Service is extremely slow. Don't come during rush hour

  • Nancy G. on 10/03/10

My favorite restaurant so far!!!! I love their fajita gorditas with avocado, tomato and lettuce. Mouth watering :p and the place is really clean, too.

  • Eric G. on 06/29/10

Not that great it's better to cross the street and go to tacos del jabio.

  • Justin W. on 02/24/14

Good luck trying to explain that you want your alcohol on a separate check.
