Shanghai Cuisine is the first Shanghai-style Chinese restaurant in
Houston. You can get spicy food here if you want, but it's not what
Shanghai cooks are known for. Thanks to the fermented pickled
vegetables and lots of mushrooms and flower buds, Shanghai-style
Chinese food manages to be bold-flavored without fiery chile peppers.
