Description

Houston Press' Description

Sambuca, located beneath the Rice Lofts, is like a modernized version of an old-school supper club. Started in a Dallas over 17 years ago by brother-sister duo Kim and Holly Forsyth, Sambuca has grown to five locations nationwide. The concept is simple: dinner, drink, dance. Live music, including pop, rock, r&b, Latin and, of course, jazz, plays seven nights a week. Dine on small pizzas, salads, pastas, seafood and grilled meats while relaxing with a fancy cocktail. After dinner, the well-dressed crowds take to the dance floor.

The lobster enchiladas and something martini (ceviche) are amazing!

Be sure to try the new pizzas that they have, especially the American Pie. Get there during happy hour and it's only $5.

Um...plastic glasses? Unseasoned everything and an overlooked steak. Definitely not worth the high end prices. I wish the food was as good as the presentation

Wonderful company, great music, good drinks, average food and okay service.
