Description

Houston Press' Description

The restaurant's name means "to dream" in Vietnamese, and the dramatic, low-lit decor is dreamlike indeed. Dreamier still is the food: Standouts include exemplary spring rolls, amazing nha trang oysters and a curry chicken served with French bread perfect for sopping up the marvelous broth.

A little pricey, but you're paying for the atmosphere. I'm happy to pay it; the food is really good. The chicken curry soup is a must.

Delicious food (my fav: Mango Rolls, Duck Spring Rolls & Seafood Pad Thai!!), tasty drinks (Lychee martinis & Cosmos!), great music, eclectic clientele and $3 martinis on Wednesday nites!

Order the Chicken Curry, with but not alone. It's a massive serving, and it's goooood.

  • Jenn on 10/01/11

The Viet chicken curry is good, and it's a huge bowl for one person! Don't expect a thick broth - because it is not, it lacks coconut juice and basil. It is good on a cold day to share.

Wednesday popular gay hang out...Drinks not good. Food: ok can be much better...Life local dj.

  • I come here mainly for the Bo Luc Lac. Kinda pricey. Waited a while before we were seated. Great ambiance though.
