Laurier Café - CLOSED
Houston, TX 77098
Houston Press' Description
This hip eatery turns out Paris-style bistro food at decent prices. The menu and decor are both refreshingly simple. Soups and salads from $7 to $15, a short list of entrées in the $20 to $30 range, and a remarkably inexpensive wine list make up the front and back of a single sheet of paper. The dining room is square and unadorned, the chairs are glorified lawn-furniture-style and the walls are decorated with a rotating art exhibit. It's not a big-deal restaurant, but it's a great place for bistro fare.

Can you say bland ? I wouldn't be surprised to see this place on Gordon Ramseys kitchen nightmares !!
