Description

Houston Press' Description

With a bar for those seeking a good drink and a menu full of authentic Indonesian food for those seeking a spiced-up meal, Hazards is a marriage of East and West on the west end of town. Guests frequent the place for everything from various curries to an item called Gado Gado - a vegetable dish served with a peanut sauce dressing. By the way, you can get standard bar fare here, too, like cheeseburgers and fries. It sounds random, but it's popular with area residents. If you're in the mood to party, you'll find that the atmosphere is lively most nights of the week. Not the best choice if you want something fancy, but if you're in the mood for a small, casual, almost divey spot, this will do the trick.
