Description

Houston Press' Description

El Taco Tote is a small chain that began in Cuidad Juarez, Mexico, and moved up to Texas in the mid-90's. They serve higher-quality fast-food style dishes like tacos, fajitas, burritos, nachos and the like, although there are a few more authentic Mexican touches like the bistec, the brocheta and the adobado pork. The tortillas and chips are all homemade, the dishes are simple and the portions are generous. A few of their restaurants have an "order online" option (presumably for delivery) but sadly none of the Houston locations are on that list just yet.
