Description

Houston Press' Description

They turn out some of the snappiest, freshest-tasting pizzas in town at this small Italian cafe. Crusts with a satisfying crunch and a yeasty rise set off simple Roma tomatoes and fresh basil (the Margherita) or spinach and sharp feta (the Mona Lisa). Specials such as the lemon-buttery snapper can shine.

We take out from Collinas, it's now on the Katy Freeway at Brogden. Great primavera pizza, their house salads are good, their olive oil and garlic pasta and their meat sauce are good. If ordering to go, get the medium pizzas, much less grease and easier to handle.
