Houston Press' Description
This Armenian/Lebanese restaurant is a small, one-of-a-kind place run by an
elderly Armenian couple. Eating here makes you feel like you're a guest in their home -- everything is homemade and served with pride. Their hummus, mouhammara (red pepper spread) and falafel are excellent, and all of their kabobs -- lamb, chicken, kefta -- served hot off the grill, are scrumptious. At lunchtime, expect a wait.
Tips from foursquare
amazing hummus and tabouli and the owners are such a cute couple!
This place is awesome! Let them pick the sides for you!
Spicy Armenian Kebabs
The lima beans in olive oil are fantastic!
The chicken shwarma and the tabouli is out of this world and George and Rita are like the welcoming Uncle and Aunt from the old country.
