Description

Houston Press' Description

Here at Bun Bo Hue Duc Chuong II - or just Duc Chuong for short - you get one dish, and one dish only...because that's all the restaurant serves. That dish is the namesake bun bo Hue, a fatty beef stew from the Hue province of Vietnam, which is eaten for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Spice your order up with some of the red chile oil on the table, or deepen its flavor further with fish sauce and fermented shrimp paste. Either way, the only choice you really have to make here is whether you want your bun bo Hue in a small bowl or a large.
