Located next to Scruffy Murphy’s Irish Pub, the 1,500-square-foot Hotmixology Lounge is the brainchild of Dave Elger, host of Hotmixology (on the Cooking Channel and local Denver Channel 3) and Scruffy Murphy’s owner John Elliott, who wanted a spot that caters to folks looking for craft cocktails and great mixology in the Ballpark neighborhood. Elger tapes his shows at the bar, where guests are invited to take a seat and learn about the art of mixology and some secrets from the mixologists as well.
