    The Kimpton group gets great service and comfortable hotels. I have stayed in Monaco's in three cities and other properties in a couple more. Their hotels are like comfort food - it doesn't move the needle but it sure is nice every now and then. For the pet-minded, Hotel Monaco's take dogs. Another nice touch is the goldfish they will deliver to your room if you are lonely or just want someone to talk to...
