Description

When the menu lists a Happy Family platter (Hunan shrimp, beef and chicken), what you've got is a traditional Chinese-American establishment. The same holds true for this Lakewood restaurant. The standards continue with orange chicken, Kung Pao beef and General Tso's chicken. But what everyone raves about are the redwood-trunk-sized hand-rolled egg rolls. Apparently, they're a must-order at this strip mall joint (another criteria). Hong Kong is near Lake Highlands Park and White Rock Lake. So don't be surprised to see one or two cyclists scarfing combos while their rides are getting a tune up.
