This is not your typical Americanized Chinese restaurant, with food sitting under heat lamps and covered in sweet and sour sauce. Hong Kong Food Street Restaurant is just about authentic as the awkwardly put together string of words in its name implies. You'll find hot pots here with everything from roasted pork to goat to taro to intestines. In fact, intestines are all over the menu - in sauces, fried, in soups and just about any other organ you can imagine. Regulars here are particularly fond of the congee, a type of rice porridge.
