Description

Honey Pig is a Korean barbecue restaurant, with meat cooked at the table on big,dome-shaped grills, rather than the more common flat ones. The house specialty is pork belly, though other cuts of meat, and even a mushroom platter, can be ordered. When you're finished, rice is tossed onto the leftover fat, meat, and vegetable scraps to make fried rice.

In fact, we think it's high time the city banished any residents who haven't formally declared their go-to galbi spot by now. Nonetheless, any healthy, committed relationship should leave room for experimentation with others. May we suggest -- as it's known to those who don't read Korean -- "the place with the pig on its sign." You should know that we... More »
