First-time visitors to Kim Hung mall are invariably drawn to the esoteric delights of its eponymous Asian supermarket, but the savvy habitué often stops for a quick bite at this unassuming food counter nearby. Vegetarians can't go wrong with the banh mi dau hu -- moist tofu, slivers of pickled carrot, cucumber and cilantro with mayonnaise on a mini-baguette.
