Hide Sushi is one of the most popular restaurants for cheap, safe, and reliable sushi on the west side. The interior is casual and basic, containing a few tables as well as a sushi bar. To obtain a seat in the often busy restaurant you'll have to put your name down on arrival, as they don't take reservations.
