Description

Stinky tofu, beef soup with hand-shaved noodles and spicy beef tendon are a few of the dishes that have a distinctive Taiwanese accent. They're served in Henry's postage-stamp size dining room—where there are only about 10 tables—near the Metro tunnel in the ID. Fans fawn over the fan tuan, a sticky rice roll stuffed with pork, egg and a special fried doughnut called you tiao. There's another Henry's Taiwan in Bellevue.
