Brooklyn-to-Denver transplants Heidi and Steve Naples created Heidi's Brooklyn Deli in the summer of 1997, taking their initial venture, Heidi's Bagels and Ice Cream, and adding everything they could think of that was great about Brooklyn's delis, from fresh-baked breads to high-quality meats. The result is a chain of franchised soup-and-sandwich joints that offer up tasty meals at fair prices. Today you can find Heidi's outlets from California to Maine, and any Denver location is a great place to stop for a casual lunch or quick take-home dinner.
