Description

This two-story Texas-themed bar and restaurant has garnered praise for its burgers, amongst other things. The popular Shiner burger features grilled onions marinated overnight in Shiner Bock, bacon, provolone and barbecue sauce on top of a healthy-sized beef patty. The Alamo will remain memorable, with a jalapeno-cheese bun and jalapeno bacon. Other offerings are pretty standard bar fare - nachos, wings, fried pickles and the like. Whatever you get, make sure to eat it on the upstairs patio, which features a scenic view of the skyline. Be sure to check listings for live music, karaoke, open mic nights. We hear the karaoke nights are cheaper than a movie ticket and just entertaining.
