This classic fish house, one of the pioneers of local, sustainable seafood-based cuisine, attracts an older pre-Symphony crowd. They're the kind diner who wants a bone-dry martini in hand by the time they look over the menu, though they know they're going to order the same sauteed sole meuniere with fries they've been ordering for three decades. (The menu always features several fish, grilled and served plain with a choice of sauce on the side.) Crab cakes and sand dabs are menu stalwarts.
