Description

Located in the old Havana Chelsea space, this Cuban lunch counter may not boast the old-school bona fides of the former tenant, but the place still pleases with cheap, hearty Cuban classics. Pernil is lush, with big, burnished slabs of skin interspersed with moist, garlicky meat. Octopus salad features tender chunks of tentacle in a pleasantly oily, tomato-celery sauce.
