This famous hot sauce comes on the side of a roti dhalpouri, a huge handmade flatbread (the roti) filled with any number of fascinating curries, like the earthy, toasty chickpea and potato, or the rich, savory lamb curry, the whole thing folded up into a burritolike construct about the size of your face.
