Description

If you've eaten at a Hard Rock Cafe anywhere in the U.S, you pretty much know the drill: standard but well-portioned American fare made to be consumed amid rock 'n' roll knickknacks such as Steven Tyler's scarf and Joan Jett's gym shoes (with overpriced t-shirts for sale to prove that you ate there). But this HRC lies deep within the entertainment/gambling googolplex that is the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Built on Native American tribal land, this adult theme park flaunts its sovereign-nation status by staying open, serving drinks, and vaccuming up people's money 24 hours a day. Given that South Florida's most famous musical acts vary from Marilyn Manson to Dashboard Confessional, the menu is considerably less schizophrenic. The kitchen's damn good burger makes losing easier to take and winning that much better; and pretty much any eats from the hard-wood smoker will do you just righteously. The appetizer selection has to be the most quintessentially American assortment of starters possible. No surprises.
