Happy Hour at the Beach Bar 

As children, we had story hour, 60 minutes of sitting cross-legged while the adventures of the Berenstain Bears and the Cat in the Hat were read aloud. We seemingly listened intently but really just daydreamed about the milk and cookies that would soon be sliding down our greedy little throats. Happy Hour at the Beach Bar at the Palms is like story hour for grownups, minus the rhyming prose.

You’ll love being perched on a barstool for the two-for-one drink specials, bar banter, and live Caribbean music, and your mouth will salivate for the bar food. Pizzas, calamari, and conch fritters go perfectly with after-work imbibing. From 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, the bar has specials on cocktails, beer, and wine.
