William Pilz's modern, sustainably sourced take on Filipino cuisine has made Hapa SF one of the best food trucks in the city. His lunch menu centers around four classic dishes: crisp and juicy lumpia, vegetarian pancit, chicken adobo (served either alone or as a banh mi), and sisig (braised and fried pork, seasoned with lime and soy).
