A tour of the Hammond's Candies factory is the next best thing to drowning in Willy Wonka's chocolate river. You can see people (real people!) hand-crafting some of the same candies that founder Carl Hammond started producing in 1920. Candy canes, lollipops, barber poles, chocolates, hard candies, soft candies, caramels, toffee, ribbon candy … Hammond's is a paradise for the sugar glutton in all of us.
