The Halo Lounge, a hole-in-the-wall joint adjacent to Fort Worth's
Texas Christian University campus, is what you might imagine a
typical college bar to be. Its patrons are primarily college students
looking for a party, and that's exactly what Halo Lounge offers. Murals of nude women cover entire walls, but still leave plenty of room for neon beer signs and large Bud Light advertisements. DJs sit up high in a corner booth and mix a variety of music ranging from nu-metal to electronic dance music. The beer on tap is all domestic and inexpensive -- perfect for broke students looking.
