Complaining about wine markups in South Beach restaurants is like bitching about gravity. Sure, it sucks, but what you gonna do about it? Well, maybe hit up Essensia Restaurant & Lounge on any give Wednesday, when from 11 a.m. until closing they’re taking half-off the price of any bottle of vino, including bubbly. Always wanted to try that expensive bottle of Opus One? On Wednesdays it’s $187.50 (that’s half of its normal price of $375 for all you math majors out there). Don’t suck, suck it up.
