One of the city's most unusual restaurants puts pig foot ("tonsoku" in Japanese) in many of its dishes. Find the gluey and allegedly healthful ingredient dumped in soups, fried in patties, hidden in spring rolls, boiled with white sweet potatoes, grilled over flame with salt, mixed into Korean bibimbap and also with Korean sweet cold noodles. Even more weirdly, it's incorporated into Spanish paella, Italian spaghetti carbonara, and in a sort of Japanese guacamole, which is the one dish that doesn't work. If pork peds aren't you're thing, there's also a sushi menu.
