Don't laugh! Ha Ha China isn't hilarious, it's delicious! This familiar Fountain Hills establishment, owned byAlbert and Lancy Tzyh, was once the only Chinese restaurant in that town. Today, it's the best known-and that's because of its family ambience and wide variety of soups, appetizers and mu shu dishes. There also are entrees with pork, poultry, beef, shrimp and vegetables, and luncheon specials served Monday through Friday. While their food is authentic, the Tzyhs cater to Americans' taste in Chinese food. Lo Mein dishes are especially good here, as are the fried rice and Lemon Grass Chicken. The friendly staff will remember your name and, chances are, your favorite menu item. And that's no laughing matter.
