H Burger is a bright spot with sleek, white booths, a hip soundtrack, floor-to-ceiling windows that face the 16th Street Mall and a downtown clientele that comes for lunch and returns for happy hour. But the real draws here are the gourmet burgers, topped with everything from classic cheese to green chiles and a fried egg, served alongside a variety of fries and liquid nitrogen milkshakes. Those burgers are delivered by young, attractive staffers who are friendly but may not be clued into the numerous promotions the restaurant runs.
