    Gustavo is the king of "Customer is always right!" I have no clue which business school this guy has gone to, because when it comes to customer services he is the man! You might ask me why? Well, after reading about Gustavo on LA Weekly I decided to take a few items to his shop in Westwood. I saw a few people standing outside of his office waiting for their turns! When it was my turn to talk to him it was nothing but smile and great customer service. I told him that I was going out of town and I needed all of them done by next day. What did he say? "Yes Sir" Then I asked him can I pick it up early in the morning? He said: "Yes Sir" I can't remember another tailor in my entire life in LA area who can really stand up to Gustavo's standards. I'm sure there are many other good tailors out there but how do you find them? Well, I personally could not find them and the help form LA Weekly made it possible. Thank you Gustavo, Thank you LA Weekly!
