Gui Korean Japanese Bistro and Bar

This Korean Japanese hybrid is more Japanese than Korean, more bar than bistro. But the food is mostly well executed, even if the Korean fare is throttled back for an ostensibly less-than-adventurous Uptown palate. Respectable sushi. Mostly terrific salads. Damn good fried soft-shell crab (spider on a leaf). Great kimchi, but you must ask for it, as it is strangely absent from the menu.
