Each Thursday a local chef works with students in FareStart's culinary and job training program to prepare a three-course meal at the FareStart Restaurant (7th and Virginia). Guest Chef Night has been called "Seattle's best food lover's event," and for just $24.95 it's one of the city's best values as well.
