Perched above the Harbor Steps, the patio of this downtown branch of the local Mexican chain is a great spot to savor a sunny summer lunch and dinner. For the other 10 months of the year, you can always enjoy the cheery interior and catch some soccer on the telly. Food is cheap and serviceable, which in the Four Seasons district is very handy to have.
